Exercise-based training with an experienced Emarsys Training Manager focuses on clarifying open questions from the self-learning modules and applies the knowledge in diverse exercises across the entire Platform.
The amount of training depends on your service package.
- Duration - Depending on the module, the sessions vary between 1 and 4 hours.
- Level - Basic Platform functionality.
- Format - This training is exercise-based. An Emarsys Trainer guides you through exercises that you execute in your own or in our Training account.
- Prerequisites - Completion of the online learning management software and, ideally, the completed set up of the trained products in your account. This will enable us to focus on your use cases, account settings and your data strategy.

This session lasts up to 8 hours and can be split into 4 sessions.
By the end you will be able to use the basic modules in the Emarsys Marketing Platform to manage your data, send personalized email campaigns, automate these campaigns, and then analyse them.

In this session, lasting up to 2 hours, you will learn how to use our customer intelligence module to maximize the revenue from your customers by automating your retention marketing.
You will understand the Product Affinity screen, including the sales breakdown for your top 30 products and product categories, and discover new revenue opportunities via the Customer Lifecycle Dashboard.
You will also segment contacts by lifecycle stage and and understand how to use those segments in Automation Center programs.
In this 1-hour session you will learn how to create an SMS campaign from start to finish, how to include SMS in an Automation Center program, to understand the SMS fields for opt-in/opt-out as well as the unsubscribe methods, how to top up your SMS budget, and to understand the reporting KPIs.

In this 1-hour session you will understand when to use which of the available widget logics such as Countdown Clock or Contextual Rule Builder. You will create different widgets, include them in an email campaign and understand the KPIs of OTC reporting.
In this 1-hour session you will gain a general understanding of the service architecture and the main components of Mobile Engage. You will understand how to reach your app users on iOS and Android, and how to differentiate and choose between the four push notification triggers. You can create, test and launch personalized messages and learn to use the reporting.
In this 1-hour session you will create CRM Ads audiences for Facebook and Google, learn how to differentiate between strategies for retention and acquisition, learn how to include your audiences in the Automation Center and learn interpret the reporting to measure success and improve your strategy.
In this 1-hour session you will understand what can you use Web Channel for, how to create overlays, embed elements on your website and display short messages with ribbons, all using pre-built tactics. You will also learn how to include Web Channel Campaigns in an Automation Center program.
In this 1-hour session you you will understand what Relational Data is good for, how to create a relational segment, add relational data to VCE email campaigns and how to use the contact preview feature for testing.
